3in1 Print Purchasing Agent will provide you with the ability to easily track and manage the purchase orders for your print buying.

3in1 Print Purchasing Agent includes:

four related FileMaker Pro files,
four on-line screens/layouts for vendor, RFQ, purchase order and project type data entry, and
nine printouts (described below).

Printouts include:

purchase orders in form and accounting formats,
purchase order lists,
RFQ forms (Request for Quotaion) in quote and triple bid formats,
vendor lists, and
purchasing reports by month, department and vendor.

Additional customization, including documentation can be completed on an hourly basis.

3in1 Print Purchasing Agent requires FileMaker Pro 3.x or higher. It works on both Windows and Macintosh platforms.
