Natalie wanted training for herself and four colleagues in her Harvard Medical School department. Specifically she wanted questions answered about making FileMaker more efficient for their needs in the office. Their list of questions was ready. Also, as she and Cindy were new to the office, they wanted a demonstration of the database set-up and its uses. Chris, a Marketing Associate, handled all of the list generation for her organization. She felt unsure about generating lists from different criteria in their FileMaker Pro database. Her predecessor was an Excel power user and exported everything to Excel and then manipulated to her hearts content.
