Event Planning for Major and Minor Annual Events
Event planning and managing contact communications were the most important endeavors for an organization who held several major fund-raising events and sponsored many more smaller events throughout the year.
The process was handled by a small staff who worked tirelessly to try to make sure that outreach was happening regularly and events were properly prepared. With the success of their events and growing membership, it was no longer possible to operate effectively with their current system and there was no budget for additional staff.
By introducing a FileMaker database, the staff and executive team of this small office were able, without adding additional staff, to exceed member and donor expectations with their outreach efforts and fund-raising events.
